- Drive Merger & Acquisition integration and deliver M&A engagements by setting-up & integration management framework including building integration strategy, process & action plans.
- The profile requires incumbent to work closely with functional teams to chart out work-plans and execute system & employee integration activities.
- Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, including working closely with cross-functional teams, leading integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution.
- Develop tools and playbooks to design consistent and repeatable integration models.
- Investigate acquired company vendor contracts and identify synergy opportunities in respect to contract consolidations.
- Drive the pace of integration, ensure effective management of stakeholder communications.
- Deliver integration-based blueprint documents and perform requirements-gathering workshops to influence the discovery of integrations and their strategic direction of the program and/or project.
- Track and report against objectives and success measures during integration execution.
- Identify best practices to improve operating efficiencies and profitability. Also, track identified synergies to ensure expected value is realized.
