Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic plans to maximize impact
- Develop project plans, and resource and communication plans to ensure successful implementation the strategy
- Lead and drive the implementation of the strategy and programs across verticals
- Identify potential partners in government, media, corporations, and nonprofits in different countries to achieve strategic objectives
- Adhere to a set of principles and code of conduct to ensure that the organization remains objective, neutral, and non-partisan
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a complex organization building and implementing effective strategic plans
- Experience in management consulting, development consulting or strategy preferred
- Minimum of 11 years of overall professional experience
- Prior experience of living, working, or studying abroad is preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and clear vision with the ability to secure commitment to our vision
- Excellent execution skills with a track record of achieving impact
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to establish and communicate clear standards and expectations, delegate effectively and give constructive feedback
