Responsibilities: - Design and execute critical projects / initiatives across Growth, Tech, Product, HR, Operations etc. - Execute key projects while working closely with the core team - Design processes and tightly manage outcomes and execution timelines Apply if: - You have a Bachelors/Master's degree from Tier 1 colleges - IIT / IIM / ISB (MBA not mandatory) - You have 2-3 years of experience in top tier consulting firms - Mckinsey, BCG, Bain etc - You have worked across strategy and execution projects; experience of working on digital projects is a plus - You excel at solving challenging problems - You have a very good understanding of product, technology and business
