Role:
- Devise and operationalize long-term partnership framework and execution strategy
- Establishing strategic tie-ups across channels crucial for growth and revenue
- Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects
- Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further in scale, scope
- Creating outcome-driven engagement plan with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships
Skill:
- Ability to influence people and good negotiator
- Resourceful, action-oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners or customers
- Exceptional relationship-building, partner management and interpersonal skills
Persona:
- 6-8 Experience in BD in lending / banking / startup ecosystem and able to leverage existing relationships
- Premier education background - MBA from IIMs/ISB etc.
