Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director - Statutory Reporting - Finance & Accounts (8-18 yrs)

Function Summary:

This role will be part of Finance Statutory Reporting. The function is responsible for ensuring correct Accounting and Reporting as per the applicable Accounting Standards, including IndAS. The team is the custodian of Trial Balance and ensures that the accounting logics and controls are functioning as per the regulatory requirements. They provide timely and accurate information to various stakeholders to ensure correct decision making and timely reporting.

Responsibilities :

- A self-starter who is able to work with a high degree of autonomy, manages multiple activities at once and brings a value-add mindset. Statutory Reporting Associate Director is the custodian of Trial Balance, Statutory reporting, Internal controls, and periodic audits.

Core Responsibilities :

- Ability to get things done and deliver superior results, with advanced facilitation, influence and relationship skill

- Leading the periodic audits for timely delivery and execution.

- Ensuring compliance to the reporting requirements of Ind AS and Indian GAAP

- Oversee month end close for specific transactions and legal entities from I -GAAP and Ind AS perspective

- Periodic Financial review with key stakeholders

- Timely recognition of efforts made by individual to enhance the motivation

- Ensuring the Inter Entity billing is done in accordance with agreed time and methodology

- Review and control of RCSA

- Lead the definition, planning, development and implementation of ERP / IT systems in support of current & new business objectives / opportunities and strategic objectives for areas of responsibility. Hands on experience in ERP tools and leading the implementation work to ensure correct accounting work flow and data migration.

- Leading transformation project and support team for project automation and its effective execution.

- In-depth understanding of complex structures and identification of the key risk areas.

- Taking lead on providing timely input to the tax team as per the requirement to enable effective tax review with the tax partner.

- Work alongside with other teams to understand structured transactions and lead execution.

- Strong people leadership with proven skills in talent development, coaching and educating

- Conducting process training from time to time to enhance the team business acumen and process knowledge

Education Level:

CA with strong accounting- & leadership skill set

Experience Level:

CA with 8 -12 year of work experience in the similar domain

Other Details:

- Strong accounting knowledge & background

- Excellent written and verbal skills are mandatory requirement

- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence

- Ability to use initiative and work proactively with the business team

- Ability to understand business process

- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance

- Lead & execute continuous process improvement

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (excel, ppt)

- Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
