Associate Director - Statutory Audit & Compliance
Role and Responsibilities :
As an Associate Director you will be responsible for :
- Statutory advisory, reporting and audit for all new and existing businesses .
- Understand the existing Finance process, Statutory reporting and customize solutions unique to each client or Business
- Support and partner with Business to prepare them for audit
- Developing new business with existing clients or develop new clients, contributing to the overall revenue of the organisation
- Build and expand the team in India and making it the organisation of choice for all potential clients.
- Engage and manage leadership team within the organization as well as clients
- Handle a team of advisers and liaise with various team both internal and external to execute risk solutions designed.
Eligibility Criteria :
To be eligible for the role you will need :
- To be a qualified Chartered Accountant (min 2005 ) batch OR CPA
- A good working experience and strong knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS, as a consultant
- Have a strong and extensive experience in Statutory audit and reporting and should have a sound working knowledge of Statutory reporting tools
- Handled large teams and experience in setting up teams and solution design.
- Experience in business development
