We have an urgent role with one of the biggest FMCG group at gurgaon.

Designation : Associate Director - Shopper Marketing & Consumer Insights

Exp : MBA - 2004/05 Batch


CTC : 60-75 Lacs

Role Purpose :

- This position is responsible for Demand Forecasting, Trade Marketing and MIS.

- The position works closely with the Marketing function in execution of its key activities.

- The position devises strategies to augment sales across products and sales channels. It plans out various schemes for this purpose.

The position is accountable for: 1. Trade Marketing - Devise strategy and initiatives to increase sales of products and maximize market share

- Ensure effective implementation of plans

- Provide trade marketing inputs to enhance operational efficiencies

Planning and MIS :

- Devise strategies and facilitate implementation of processes for Demand Planning and robust sales MIS tool

- Incumbent has overall responsibility for assigning and managing the Trade marketing budget for all brands.

- Effective spends of BTL budget is critical especially in category considering purchase is impulse driven and trade have significant role to play.
