Job Description :
Purpose of the role :
- To develop and manage Shopper team's business and client relationships in West and South India markets.
Main Accountabilities :
- Business development by growing existing clients and winning new clients
- Identifying the client business need and designing the appropriate research to address the client's needs
- Client engagement and relationship building with senior client stakeholders
- Being responsible for end to end project execution with research and operations team and leading client presentations independently
- Being responsible for revenue targets and also optimising costs to maintain profitability
- Effectively managing the teams and being responsible for the learning and growth of team members
Primary Qualities Required :
- Strong technical knowledge of consumer research
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools (preffered)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Sound business development skills
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams
- Openness and flexibility to change
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
Experience:
- Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
- 8-10 years experience in Market Research
- Experience in team management (experience with matrix organization would be great) and strong leadership competencies
