Associate Director - ServiceNow or Salesforce - Consulting Firm We are hiring Associate Director - ServiceNow or Salesforce for our management consulting firm based at Chennai. Summary : The candidate who is both a technologist and people manager to build and grow the ServiceNow or Salesforce team. This team is responsible for building ServiceNow, Salesforce and other low code solutions and applications. The AD of Low Code Platforms will play a vital role building client-facing applications, accelerators and IP while leading the team to execute on delivery. This includes working with team leads to understand business requirements, evaluating technologies, architecting durable and re-usable approaches to common technology challenges, and working with IT-all while managing the Low Code Platforms team to deliver measurable results. This role combines team management, solution strategy, change management, data security, and solution delivery. Responsibilities : - Build, grow and lead a Low Code Platforms team focused on providing high quality ServiceNow, Salesforce and other low code solutions. - Recruit a diverse talent pool to meet the needs of the clients while promoting technical excellence in app design and execution. - Take an active role in building out the collaborative development community. - Work closely with the US Low Code account team to assess current and pipeline client needs, plan delivery, set budgets and communicate progress. - Evaluate and maintain a high caliber team through training plans and certifications. - Engage a variety of stakeholders including account leads, Asset Based Services peers, reporting team, business segments and IT. - Communicate complex concepts, manage client expectations, and meet requirements under tight deadlines. - Design and enforce standards, best practices and platform strategy. - Stay current on Salesforce and ServiceNow trends, best practices and tools. Qualifications Required : - B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management or other relevant degree - The candidate should have experience of 14 to 20 years of increasing responsibility in the software, analytics, or IT fields. - Must have good experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce design and development. - Expert level experience in REST, SOAP and hands on experience in designing and developing complex integrations between salesforce and third party applications. - Demonstrable experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform. - Experience building & managing teams within the Low Code space (Salesforce or ServiceNow). - Strong familiarity with cloud-based services (Azure or AWS). - Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). - Experience implementing security solutions for enterprise infrastructure and developing systems to ensure that infrastructure is compliant to security standards. - Experience with infrastructure automation / DevOps at scale to solve for real-world organizational challenges. - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 or ServiceNow certifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language). - Excellent presentation skills.
