Leading Fintech company is looking for a Associate Director/Snr Manager Operations

(Relationship Management / Operation Management)

Role Description

- Drive and lead the account management and cross-sell functions - Initiate partnerships with new accounts (social partners) and actively managing existing relationships

- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue

- Manage the sales function, key account management, mass account management, operational performance, reporting, streamlining processes and systems and maximizing business and business relationships to create an environment where customer service can flourish

- Own business targets and P&L numbers across the funnel, with a key focus on achieving monthly, quarterly targets while keeping customer and partner experience paramount

- Build, train and manage team to build a high performing group, which keeps raising the bar on a continuous basis

- Think tech-first for achieving business growth and process improvement, and actively engage with product team to implement technology wherever possible

- Maintain a strong retention and engagement for social partners, and creating a structure to advise them on increasing their business and issues they may be facing

Attributes we are looking for :

- 5 years+ of experience, preferably from social commerce, e-commerce, food-tech, FMCG organizations

- Engineering/MBA from Tier 1 institute is a must

- Proficiency in regional languages will be a plus

- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units

- Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers, partners and figure out actual problems and fix them

- Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and influence change to increase effectiveness and success

- Outstanding customer and client service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer and partner experience

- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization

- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel is compulsory
