Associate Director/Senior Manager - Policy & Regulatory Affairs - Energy Sector (8-13 yrs)
Experience and Qualification
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years in a reputed consulting firm.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical
- MBA in Finance/Operations/ Marketing/ Power Management (Preferred)
Required Skills
- Detailed knowledge of the Indian Power & Regulatory sector, including its commercial, technological and regulatory drivers
- Generating, Assessing Project Opportunities in the Policy and Regulatory field of Power sector.
- Generate leads with key industrial /potential clients and market for product /services portfolio offerings
- Attend seminars / workshops as speaker /participant /SME to create awareness of service offerings and generate leads
- Preparing Project Proposals / Technical documents for participating in bids
- Analytical and project management skills including the ability to implement projects (including more than one project at a time), coaching pool of analyst/ senior analyst and interacting with clients
- An ability to multi-task effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
- MS Excel based Financial Modeling
- Experience of handling tariff related assignments, business plans, commercial agreements (PPA)
- Experience of working with distribution utilities/ transmission utilities/ generation companies
