Position Responsibilities :


1. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

2. Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations' internal control systems recommend practical solutions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce costs where possible.

3. Identify key areas of risk within the organisation and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.

4. Coordinates work with Risk, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations Plant and other control-related activities with others within Internal Audit.

5. Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.

6. Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.

7. Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal direct policies.

8. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

9. Ability to prepare IFC Framework & testing.

10. Ability to prepare Standard Operating Procedures

11. Be proficient in establishing client relationships and effectively managing existing relationships to build client confidence.

12. Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage client expectations and ensure outstanding client service.

13. Provide a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments.

14. Proactively alert clients on business environment changes that would impact the client.

15. Ensuring upgradation team skills.

16. Training team on latest development in GRC

17. Ensuring team is motivated and available for executing the assignments.

18. Managing team on the assignment & ensure quality deliverables from the team.

1. The candidate will be someone who has:

a. SAP knowledge

b. Strong evaluation and assessment skills

c. Team player who can work under pressure and depicts problem solving skills

d. Someone who is young and energetic and is eager to explore

2. Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management measures

3. Should have excellent drafting skills.

4. Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
