Associate Director/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - IT (13-15 yrs)
Objectives/purpose of The Job :
- Providing thought leadership at a strategic level on people matters for the concerned Business Unit
- Providing inputs on employee pulse and voice to BU and Iris leadership and enabling strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement
- Developing employee value propositions and implementing them at the BU and account level
- Increasing stickiness with the BU
- Coaching managers on people matters - goal setting, improving morale, giving feedback, and coaching
- Design positive employee experiences through the life cycle of the employee
- Managing transitions within the employee lifecycle
- Promote and institutionalize company values in engagement activities
Role And Responsibilities :
- Employee retention - increasing the four levers of retention - hope, trust, value, and worth; proactive measurement of potential retention and timely action to redress
- Stakeholder management - partnering with Delivery Heads, Account Delivery Managers, project managers, and employees to form constructive partnerships to achieve company
- Employee engagement programs - design of Employee Experience moments, floor activities, connect, collecting grievances and actioning them, talent clubs involving fitness, learning, reading, personal finance, psychological health
- Rewards and recognition - ensure rewards and recognition programs run on schedule; are refreshed and stay current and are valued among employees
- Celebration - events - create and run a regular schedule of events; create a variety of engagement programs and events including employee
- Work environment - ensure physically the work environment is appealing and engaging; provides emotional and psychological comfort and safety; has a balance between professionalism and fun
Required Experience And Qualification :
- 13+ years' experience with managing a team of HRBPs, Employee Experience strategists
- Led a team of at least 5-6 assigning and tracking tasks to completion, giving feedback, dealing with non-performance
- Familiarity and expertise in dashboards, reporting, metrics
- Attention to detail in organizing and executing events
- The very high degree of alignment with and understanding of business leader requirements - the ability to work with demanding stakeholders
- People with the ability to adapt and work with different personalities on a 360 basis
- An assertive person who can advocate people's voices and use a variety of influencing and persuasive techniques
- Design thinking and journey mapping ability to build unique employee experiences
- Learning ability
- Understanding of IT Services business levers
- MBA or Post graduate degree in HR preferably from a premier B institute
