Associate Director/ Sr Manager : Compensation & Benefits
Job Responsibilities :
- Providing analytical and general support for compensation projects, including compensation and equity planning, structure and design.
- Exploring and evaluating the possibility of transitioning off of a PEO-model, including bringing those services in-house and implementing new HRIS, payroll and benefits systems.
- Work with teams in defining a workforce incentive plan
- Monitoring compensation practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Administering all equity compensation awards and working with other departments (legal, finance) to ensure internal processes are conducted in accordance with plan documents.
- Lead efforts to ensure the core compensation framework is updated regularly and remains market competitive.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees with questions about compensation and benefits.
- Liaising with external compensation & benefits vendors.
- Handling other ad hoc projects as needed. Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency
- High personal integrity with a demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Experience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment
