Associate Director/Senior Consultant - Engagement Manager - TMT Space (3-7 yrs)
Looking for individuals at various levels, including Senior Consultants, Engagement Leads and Associate Director.
- Candidate must have experience in TMT space and must have a strong Research Background.Candidates who have worked in the Technology domain would be ideal fit for the role.
Responsibilities :
- Own, manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan
- Own revenue target and ensure the delivery of the project
- Strong focus on Thought leadership
- Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery
- Managing client relations and building business pipeline, nurture and grow new clients
- Create market opportunities for business development for Zinnov through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals
- Participate in industry forums or public speaking
- Manage manpower allocation optimally utilizing existing skills and competencies, team engagement and project budget and cost
- Mentor and guide by managing project teams
