We have 1 very urgent position in one of the leading business education brand :

POSITION - Associate Director / Sr. AD - Admissions & Financial Aid

Reporting : Head of Admissions

Reportees : Team of managers, associates & fixed term employees

LOCATION :- Hyderabad

CTC : 18 - 26 Lacs pa all inclusive . ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

Job Purpose :

To plan and execute outreach for the admission programmes (PGP Suite) ensuring quality of students as well as meeting topline targets w.r.t fees revenues.

Job Outline :

- The incumbent is responsible for attracting a superior quality of students into - degree like- programmes every year (PGP, PGPPro, PGP Max, MFAB), ensuring the goals of Class size, quality and revenues are met.

- To meet the above objective, the incumbent will have to strategize and develop marketing plans and drive marketing activities and admission processes in a cost effective manner.


- S/he will need to capitalize on all opportunities, budget and resources available with the School, its alumni, and students to not only generate leads but also get enough people to apply for the program, accept offers and matriculate.


- In doing so, s/he will have to structure effective marketing campaigns and manage the lead conversion process and facilitate the admissions process.

- The incumbent will oversee all the marketing activities and track their effectiveness and undertake necessary course correction as needed. It is important to design marketing plans to achieve maximum benefits. Therefore, it is imperative that the person be aware of various push and pull marketing strategies, execute them and ascertain their effectiveness.


- The incumbent needs to be well versed in digital marketing strategies and be able to leverage various channels for targeted outcomes. Also, the person should be aware of the lead management systems and principles, and have an indepth understanding of B2B/B2C sales.

- The incumbent needs to oversee the entire application process so that the target number of quality applications are met and are submitted on time. S/he also needs to actively monitor and step-in as required in this process to ensure that applicants get the necessary support.

- S/he needs to be aware of other competitive offerings in the market, both domestic and foreign, and suggest changes to the strategy as and when required, including changes in the programme to maintain CLIENT's competitive edge.

- S/he will work towards a defined and measurable outcome, further detailed in individual KPIs, formulated year on year, given the business environment

S.N Key Responsibilities % Time Spent :

1. To create effective Admission strategy (for the assigned programmes) and implement & monitor the same to ensure accomplishment of business objectives 30%

2. To conduct information sessions. roadshows & web sessions for potential applicants explaining the CLIENT value proposition for all programs 30%

3. To collaborate with internal stakeholders to reach the desired outcomes 20%

4. To build relationships with external stakeholders and effectively convey the suite of offerings 10%

5. To monitor and oversee the budgets of the assigned programmes 10%

PREFERRED INDUSTRY :

1. HIGHER EDUCATION / PROFFESSIONAL EDUCATION ( Relevant profiles handling admissions / marketing ).

2. BFSI( Banks / Insurance / NBFC ) - Candidates into sales ( alternate channels / corporate alliances / strategic alliances / bancassurance / Third party channel / Corporate agencies / Partnership channel / TASC / Wealth management / TPD vertical ) or MARKETING ( ATL / BTL ).

3. FMCG / Durables into Marketing .

- Should be willing to shift to business education segment.

Job Specification :

- Management education from a reputed institute


1. Excellent public speaking skills, interpersonal skills and communication skill (verbal/written)

2. Profit center management (should have managed top line and bottom line of a branch/Unit/ division/vertical/ channel),

3. Expertise in managing sales/business development/process/ initiatives of strategic nature

4. People/Team Management

5. Exposure of digital and new technologies of instructions/ communication

6. Multiple stake holder management (should be collaborative)

7. Networking skills

8. Entrepreneurial mindset

9. Influencing skills

11 - 18 years experience (mainly in target driven industries such as BFSI, FMCG etc)

- Experience in process will be an added advantage.

- Must have worked in blue chip organizations. Should be a well rounded individual with leadership qualities, aggressive towards achieving targets

- Should have worked more with collaboration and influencing (and less with formal authority), must have a flair for education space.
