- Should have 10 to 12 years of experience.
- Service delivery and account manager. Someone who can grow the account.
- Should have core skills in modules Of SAP SuccessFactor
- Should have handled projects in India - domestic projects
- Look for candidates with strong track record of Account Management, Practice Development and Service Delivery.
- Candidate must have strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- End to end single-handed delivery of respective modules beginning with requirements gathering till lessons learned.
- Would be able to understand the XML and code depending on client's requirement in respective modules.
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be the "Primary Face" to the customer throughout the implementation process
- Conduct discovery meetings with customers and writing statements of work
- Providing best-practice guidance on HR processes
- Ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced
- Performing functional and technical consulting as well as project management and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite
- Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to clients
