Associate Director - SAP Applications - Medical Devices (12-15 yrs)
About Our Client
Our client is a leading medical devices organizations headquartered in the US. With focusing on robotics and other new age technologies, they have been increasing their presence across the world and are expanding operation in India too. Currently, the organization is looking forward to hiring an Associate Director, IT (SAP Application) based out of Bengaluru.
Job Description
- Manage business relationships, stakeholders, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the local business team's emerging needs.
- Additionally for global areas, be responsive to the prioritization of work funneled by global areas for delivery by developing process and methodologies for efficient handling of inflows.
- Manage IT applications & operation's needs.
- Responsible for the oversight of SAP applications and platform.
- Strong knowledge of various SAP modules and good knowledge of SAP Hana would be preferred.
- Hands-on IT application experience with team management experience.
The Successful Applicant
- 12-15 years of overall experience with prior experience leading SAP implementations and rollouts.
- 3-5 years Program/Project Management Skills (demonstrated success in big project implementations)
- Knowledge and general understanding of Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and service business process.
- Strong Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Project Financials.
- Medical device company Experience is preferred.
