Associate Director - Sales Operations - IT Infrastructure - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-18 yrs)
Industry : IT ( IT infrastructure Experience will be preferred )
Looking for : Sales Operation - Associate Director for IT Infrastructure company based at Bangalore location.
Please find the detailed JD below:
- 10+ years in leading IT & IT services companies in sales operations / sales enablement functions
- Masters / MBA from a premier B School
- Build & maintain world-class sales processes and systems
- Manage & maintain the sales CRM (Salesforce)
- Good knowledge of Salesforce & other relevant tools such as MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Provide timely Sales Analytics, Insights & Reporting to the EVP / teams from time to time
- Drive sales trainings working along with the Talent Transformation / Practice / Service Line leaders
- Support the yearly planning & quota setting process with the EVP & Business Finance function
- Support the worldwide monthly cadence for the EVP (upwards & downwards)
- Self-driven, knowledge of global markets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with teams from across the globe
- Ability to bring multiple teams together such as the Sales, Presales, Bid Mgmt, Solutions, Business Finance, CRM, to arrive at a solution, when required.
