Responsibilities and skill sets required:
- Person should have Strong Experience of working in Sales management and understanding of Channel Sales
- Understanding of SI business and large deals.
- Understanding partner ecosystems and mapping with our existing GTM so as to derive joint winning proposition for both.
- Liaising with Internal Stake holders, OEMS and Solution Architects, Practice heads, Delivery Heads in creating opportunities for the Organisation
- Imparting Presentations to the Prospective SI and Internal Team
- Understanding of processes of proposal creation including RFP analysis, interpretation of sizing, translating sizing to BOQ & get compliance and commercials from respective OEMs /Service lines.
- Ability to understand the Technical Compliance, Solution Documents, Commercials etc.
- Finalization of Contracts/contract terms
- Working closely with Solution/Domain Architects
- Attend various trainings /workshops by OEMs and CSPs to get latest market updates on technology and competition
- Excellent connect with the Industry leaders and Vendors
- Continuous engagement with OEMs, service providers and partners
- Experience in Bid Preparation /large deals/muti service line opportunities
- Analysing and understanding RFP requirements
- Managing multiple opportunities and activities simultaneously and responsible for progressing them by interlock with internal and external teams.
- Strong knowledge on Business and Information Technology Arena
- Responsible for creating collaterals, presentations, questionnaires etc.
- Managing proposal lifecycle for opportunities in line with activities performed by Senior Overlay Sales for larger opportunities
- Supporting Client Visits and Event participation to generate new demand and Business Leads
- Conducting research on industry/ regional trends as it applies to solutions, engagement models, service delivery models, commercial models
- Build and Maintain Healthy Pipeline of opportunities with the SI partner
