Associate Director - Sales - B2C - EdTech (8-14 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Develop strategies relating to market, products, services, and sales goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve consultative service to the customers
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Work with executives to determine and execute sales plans to meet organizational needs
- Perform day-to-day oversight and management of the sales team
- Set and manage sales department budgets
- Track, analyze, and present sales metrics to senior leadership
- Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
- Candidates need a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ed-tech industry and in a leadership position.
- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude
- In-depth knowledge of market techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
