Client Details : 

Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing professional services multinational firm with a strong footprint globally and already growing exponentially in India. To ensure a speedy and quality growth, they are looking to hire an Associate Director Recruitment for 3 large businesses who will be responsible for all hiring across multiple cities in India with a team of 20 people while reporting directly into the Recruitment Head

Job Description : 

As an Associate Director Recruitment with a team of 15 - 20 people and himself/herself directly reporting into the Recruitment Head, you will be responsible for:

- Work as a part of the Strategy team and think tank for TA at a platform level and diver innovation and process initiatives to meet the aggressive recruitment targets (at least 1500 annually) without compromising the quality of hire

- Partner closely with the Business heads in India and globally for 3 businesses to design a blue print of recruitment goals and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same


- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both mid to senior and Executive hiring, ensuring strong source mix including social media, innovative recruitment metrics and proactive direct channels of sourcing


- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally on boarding process


- Be a strong mentor to all 20 fast growing members of the team and proactively work towards their skill development to be able to achieve the goals


- Proactively lead and manage various special projects related to recruitment Technology/ Processes along with the Recruitment Head


- Ensure timely delivery on all positions within agreed Cost/SLA/Channel Mix/ quality with necessary process compliance and controls


- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally and drive referrals as one of the most important sources of hiring


- Work strongly as an advisor to the business and the team on recruitment related matters


- Coaching and mentoring the line managers to mature the recruitment processes internally


Profile :

As a successful candidate you should,

- Comes with 15 - 18 years of strong and specialist experience into Recruitment and a strong team management experience of managing at least 15+ people recently

- Candidates should preferably come from Banks/Consulting set ups


- Should have the ability to think through recruitment issues at the back of market intelligence


- Excellent verbal and written communication + articulation skills


- Must be high on execution and delivery, committed, a go getter and possess high speed execution


- Should have seen scale and complexity both


- Exposure to special strategic projects on recruitment plan, budget management etc. is highly preferred


- Strong executive presence and tendency to effectively build relationships and establish trust and competence


- Ability to manage multiple business stakeholders with strong analytical skills + logical approach


- Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems
