Associate Director - Ratings - Centre Of Excellence (7-10 yrs)
- Review old rating criteria/Publish new rating criteria based on evolving industry trends
- Conduct tests, which will include statistic techniques, to recommend parameter ranges for arriving at sector specific criteria
- Work closely with the ratings team to understand their requirements and feedback
- Take market feedback for arriving at criteria
- Make criteria recommendation to the criteria committee
- Publish criteria for internal and external audience
- Conduct training programs for internal audience on the newly developed criteria
- Keenly follow market developments to publish articles
- Ensure criteria process meets audit specifications/timelines - both internal and external
- Ability to quickly turnaround notes/presentation for regulator interactions (SEBI/RBI/PFRDA/IRDAI)
- Manage a small team of 2 to 3
Candidate profile : Credit analysis background with strong analytical and statistical orientation
Essential/Preferred qualifications : MBA/CA
