Associate Director - Qualitative Research - MR Agency

Looking for the Associate Director, Qualitative Research with 8-10 years of experience for a top Global MR agency, a highly sought after company for their Office in Kaula Lumpur.

The person will be responsible for leading a Business researchers and should be an expert in Qualitative Research.

He will be required to:

- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress of the research and to identify any issues.

- Provide advice, consultancy, and a high level of interpretation and direction.

- Deliver an agreed value of business from existing and new clients in line with overhead recovery and net profitability targets.

- Be Responsible for manpower planning, training & development, also career path of the team.

- Foster an environment which is rewarding to maintain people passion and in order to make people enjoy their job plan on his/ her team member's career.

He should be

- Dynamic, client centric and people Manager

- High on Strategic Orientation

- Experience outside India is a must, preferably SEA market
