Responsibility :
CREDIBILITY -
- Work with onshore market development teams to conduct process design for setting up new pursuit teams
- Contribute to and execute vision for pursuit teams
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and partner with them to drive initiatives to move up the value chain
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop new services and products that can be delivered from KGS
- Facilitate change management for onshore business teams
- Manage any service delivery related escalations; incorporate the learnings, best practices and share with the larger team
CAPABILITY -
- Build, operate and transform new pursuit teams
- Own overall responsibility for leading pursuit teams: service delivery, quality, operational metrics, growth, practice development, resource optimization and talent management
- Implement digital solutions / automation that reduce overall pursuit cost and increase service reach
- Enable efficiency drivers / continuous improvement of the services and business processes to reduce turnaround time and delivery more with less year-on-year
- Create awareness of capabilities across onshore member firms to generate demand and drive usage
- Analyze pipeline to identify service lines / functions where pursuit teams are best placed to provide support

- Hands-on proposal writing, bid management experience
Candidate Profile
- MBA / Master's degree or equivalent post graduation
- 12 to 14 years experience of working with large multinationals
- Prior experience in sales support, preferably in a shared services setup for technology / consulting organizations
- Cross cultural experience of working in a global environment
- Willingness to travel extensively
