Associate Director - Product Management - FinTech

- 5 +years of total work experience with 3+ years of product management experience.

- Education from Top tier engineering college - Graduation and/or MBA is a must.

- You have a proven track record of building and shipping high quality products for bharat users (tier 3 and below users) which saw massive adoption.

- You have experience with building android and web applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns.

- You have led a team of Product Managers/Analysts/Designers in the past for at least 2 years. - You have an engineering / technical / marketing background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers.

- You have end to end experience of managing customer experience & engagement, financial product launches, app and backend infrastructure.

- You have good understanding of the collections and loan management system and have the ability to influence the NPA metrics.
