Job Description :
- Setup the sourcing supplier base for the specific category from scratch
- Frame the right vendor management practices and benchmarks for the category
- Identify the clusters for supplier base and prioritize clusters - both domestic & international
- Manage large aggregators and drive business and negotiations
- Experience in Sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of technology and business
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
- Strong bias for Action - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
- Worked in product development/ sourcing or in buying house as merchandisers
- Strong in costing and negotiation.
