Role: Associate Director - President Office

As an Associate Director to the President Office your core responsibilities would be to help the President & Director to set business verticals strategic agenda, lead strategy execution, provide input to a wide variety of business problems in multiple industries

Roles and Responsibilities of the Associate Director-President Office, so designated in relation to the authority concerned, shall be-

Leadership/Supervisory Role:

- Leads the implementation of the business's strategic objectives and processes

- Facilitate cross-functional team collaborations as well as to support Director and stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives.

Business Strategy & Management:

- Provides strategic inputs to business leaders

- Monitor business results of respective business verticals, facilitate business reviews and identify and oversee strategic interventions to achieve business results

- Help drive key initiatives and change programs evaluate and transform business models for business vertical in order to improve organizational effectiveness

- Manage relationships with and internal (Director, Support function) and external partners (third party vendors) in strategy execution/implementation

- Identifies business specific value creation opportunities through an integrated analysis of industry trends, financial statements, competitive benchmarking and positioning, and macro-economic themes

- Defines the problem through management consultations, team meetings, case framework analysis, and other applicable strategies

- Summarizes all gathered data and facts; deduces logical conclusions based on valid arguments

Requirements/Eligibility:

- Professional Education / Masters (MBA / CA / CFA)

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Management Consulting / Corporate Strategy in relevant verticals Education, Media
