Associate Director - Practice - Consulting Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI

Terms of Reference for Associate Director (G&PS) Practice in India (Jharkhand):

1. Between 12-15 years of consulting experience with mandatory experience in Government (central or state), PSU, Donor agencies, Government reforms, or national or state level policy making and interventions.

2. Expertise in at least one of the following areas, - Energy/Power, Infrastructure, Panchayat/Rural Development/Urban Utilities/Agriculture, Food, and Public Distribution, Mining, Social Sector.

3. Very Strong Consulting Project Management expertise right from Project Initiation till closure with strong project governance, and execution focus in the government space.

4. Very Strong Quality and risk management focus on deliverables and the ability to define and execute the quality and risk plans

5. Very Strong Operational Focus on the project with a detail oriented mindset.

6. Strong Project financial management and experience with responsibility for project revenue, collection and maintaining the Engagement Margin

7. Strong Research mindset and to proactively identify, assign and execute research to support newer opportunities or existing projects.

8. Ability to creatively identify and go after areas of future business and managing the business development cycle from identification to monetization of the lead

9. Excellent communication skill ( English and Vernacular) and ability to communicate Organization's Service Offerings for G&PS and Management Consulting Practice( Private Sector) at market place

10. Excellent client relationship skills and strong connect/network with senior executives in Government. PSU or Private companies

11. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts both with Government and PSU

12. Ability to work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients

13. Proactively communicate news and insights on prospective projects and contacts

14. Work collaboratively with the company's resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving client requirements and presenting the same to clients

15. Use in-depth knowledge and insight of key competitors to create compelling reasons for prospective clients to engage with the Organization

16. Articulate to clients the benefits of the project management approach and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking

17. Assist in creating market proposition documents working closely with Organization team

Other Requirements :

1. More than 10 consulting assignments in Government and PSU

2. At least 1 international assignment in Government/PSU or quasi government

3. BE / Btech from a top top 15 engineering institute

4. Full time MBA ( 2 year or 1 year ) from premier institute ( Top 15)
