- Looking for a dynamic individual who would strategize and draft the credit policy for a new age Fintech company.


Client Details : Our client is a new age Fintech Company

Job Description :

- Leading the end-to-end credit risk management process - from acquisition, underwriting, and authorisation, to customer management and collection.

- Developing credit underwriting framework using alternative data and mapping it to credit signals and policies.


- Conducting detailed analysis of loan opportunities by integrating machine learning and data analytics with traditional financial analysis techniques.


- Developing a comprehensive credit model comprising financial statement analysis, projections, and credit metrics


- Empirically testing and monitoring these models, by designing tests and experiments to measure and evaluate customer credit behaviour.


- Ideating and launching next-generation lending products and structures that will drive the next round of innovation and disruption within the unsecured lending space.


- Providing thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical models, and communicating analytical and credit ideas.


The Successful Applicant :
