Role Responsibilities:
- Managing entire P&L inclusive of Topline and Bottomline metrics
- Strategy for growth in disrupting the sector
- Large Customer Acquisition and execution
- End to end Customer Value Delivery
- 0 to 1 strategic initiatives being piloted
- Formulating business plan for development and growth of the organization through branding &customer positioning.
- Steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Ramping up internal systems including supply chain, customer success etc
- Managing entire team of Sales + Sourcing + KAMs + Ops
- Building high degree of partnership with customers and Suppliers
- Experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B segment.
