Associate Director - US Payroll & EDM Operations - BPO/ITeS

Please note that this role is for HRO. Only people with experience of handling third party clients will be Considered.

People who have handled payroll of Canada or US are preferred

Shifts for the role - US - 5pm-2:30am

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling for a variety of HR matters such as Payroll & HR Operations - Hire to Retire

- Will be responsible for handling Multiple teams - Payroll, Employee Data Management - GPO & Operations

- Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies

- Create and manage talent strategies for performance management, staffing and career progression

- Designing and administering most relevant and reasonably Compensation Strategy and Employee Benefit plans to attract industry talent

- Execute key HR processes within Field HR, i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role postings.

- Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities executed by the Location HR and People Advisor teams.

- Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are running across US, and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground.

- Plan and deliver training, coaching and mentoring required to ensure that Field HR teams in each GU possess the capability and confidence to perform to the highest level.

- EDM tools expertise - Peoplesoft, success factor or any similar tool
