Role: Associate Director - Packaging Design and Development.
Location : Bengaluru (Marathalli)
Education : BSc.(Stats/Maths)/B.E./B.Tech.
Job Description :
- Packaging Design Development Primary/Secondary and tertiary level.
- Private label Packaging development with e2e ownership right form Launch to Safe customer delivery.
- Data driven approach towards problem solving.
- Secured (Pilferage proof) and logistic worthy packaging design for Single /multiple and Bulk shipments.
- Logic building for right Packaging advice for across Warehouses / manpower for the product/category available on e-Com.
- Vendor development and management for Bulk and trial/sampling purpose.
- Knowledge of Packaging material Procurement and Inventory management Process
- Should have well aware of Purchase Request / Purchase Order process in any ERP (Oracle, BAAN, SAP etc.).
- Well versed with materials planning and supply chain process & materials reconciliation procedures..
- Should have aware of Min-Max, re-order level & safety stock concepts.
- Knowledge of taxation and duty slabs for packaging materials.
- Knowledge of Kanban / Kaizen & "5S"
Skills Required :
- Desire and ability to think like the customer.
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion.
- Highly analytical.
- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
- Strong bias for Action - Organization works at a very rapid pace.
