Looking for Associate Director (operations) for a political consulting firm

Location : Gurgaon

About the Role - 

- Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations

- Design processes for new projects, set operational metrics for tracking them, own their end to end execution

- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, technology and call center teams to execute projects

- Manage the administration function and operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

- Responsible for managing the on-ground team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets

- Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management

- Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project implementation

- Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure the long-term relationship of the firm with our clients

- Ensure daily reporting for higher management and clients showcasing the day-on-day progress of the project/new initiatives

Desired Profile:

- Should have a minimum relevant experience of 6+ Years with minimum 3+ Years of experience in Operations

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS - Pilani, IIM, ISB)

- Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization

- Having an experience of a Core Team Member/Founder/Co-Founder of a Start-up is a plus

- Preferred industries could be Telecom, FMCG in sales operations followed by a stint with Consumer Internet Startup

- Strong Analytical Skills, should be great with numbers and have intermediate skills in Excel
