Associate Director - Operations


As an Associate Director, Central Operations, a typical month will include:

- Successfully owning and driving the metrics defined for measuring process adherence and efficiency

- Thorough understanding of the strategic vision for the Customer Central Operations Team (CCOT), and set the long-term direction of the team.

- Solving problems based on defined solutions using data and tech first approach

- Identifying and driving implementation of creative ideas to processes in order to overcome bottlenecks, challenges and issues by leveraging technology

- Collaborating cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders

Key Objectives of the role:

- Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's growth plan

- Ensure adherence to the defined processes with quality, time and budget guidelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive automation opportunities

- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement and satisfaction

- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

Other Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (Sales / Marketing / Operations / Logistics & Supply Chain) or relevant field

- Preferably a seasoned people leader with 8-15 years of experience in Operations. with experience of managing a large team

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

- A self-starter with a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically

- Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given

- High integrity, authenticity, and humility. Able to thrive in a "do whatever it takes" environment

- Data-driven and analytical. Adaptable to changing market and customer requirements

- Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills
