Associate Director - Operations - Education

Job Profile :

- Provides leadership with regard to the strategic school operations and manages all day-to-day operations of the institution

- Will be responsible to handle entire P & L of Educational setup

- To create a strategic plan along with Sales & Marketing team to facilitate admission / enrollments in line with the school development plan

- Oversee all bookkeeping functions with vendor support, including budget development and amendments, monthly financial statements and reporting and receipt of revenues

- Manage relationships with transportation, technology, vending machine, teacher/office supplies, student's uniform and textbook vendors, among others, including overseeing and approving purchases. Initiates and manages contracts; monitor performance and manage issues raised by vendors.

- Responsible for all compliance and reporting activities

Desired Skills :

- Min 15 - 20 years of exp. Preferring someone with good exposure in Handling the P&L.

- Strong Management professional with good pedigree.
