- Ownership of SynOps for Network Services , Which are the Go To Market Platform for Operations
- Define Key Intelligent Automation Solutions as part of SynOps which are Complimentary to clients core Network Services platforms
- Provide key functionalities of Work Flow / AI and Analytics
- Provide Key automation cross Front, Back and Middle Office
- Innovative Customer Service solutions in the Network Services
