Responsibilities
- Be the owner of consumer & business journey funnel via app
- Understand the meaning of growth- knowing why to do before arriving at how to do
- Define framework, structure & objective led thinking for in-app experience and events for multiple businesses
- Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights
- Play a role of defining monetization charter for the platform and work with multiple teams to enable this capability across possible avenues
- Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
- Monitoring Biz health - WoW on L0 & L1 metrics & taking necessary actions with POCs
- Working on structural growth initiatives (eg: How to increase purchase, drive acquisition & retention etc)
Requirements :
- Hands-on experience of leading a team who has run merchandising
- Carries in-depth understanding of brand management, P&L
- Proactive and ready to keep experimenting to ascertain what works and what doesn't
- B2B experience is preferred
- Min relevant experience of 4 years and overall 8-10 years
- Should be able to thrive in ambiguity & drive ownership
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong bias for action and be comfortable with ambiguity
