Associate Director - Marketing - Therapy Business

KRA : 

- Lead IFTs to build robust IBP to enable State teams to serve patients.

- Develop strong connect with external stakeholders.

- Conduct monthly Performance reviews with team members.

- Ensure high standards of Marketing excellence through regular reviews, coaching, performance management & training.

- Ensure adoption of brand portrait wheel process by the value creation team in brand strategy & execution.

- Build value of self as a consultant to build shared value with Top TAEs.

- Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to drive collaboration.

- Develop portfolio strategies with a long term vision.
