Responsibilities: - Define the overall plan for marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it - Define the brands' architecture, define its target audience, build customer personas, understand how they behave during transaction/offline interactions/website/app - Spearhead the marketing strategy for all aspects of business including customer transactions, in-store branding, activations, trading events - Identify the right channels to target customers and optimize CAC - Collaborate with the city teams and the product teams on acquisition &amp; retention - devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for digital strategy - Support ideation, execution and communication across advertising, social, experiential and media marketing campaigns
