Associate Director - Market Head - Wealth Management Sales - UHNI - NBFC/Banking Private Wealth/Family Office (10-20 yrs)
JOB LOCATION -
Mumbai, Delhi Metropolitan Region but Coverage of Clients can be PAN India or Global NRI
Fixed Pay Range - 50-75 Lakhs + Performance Bonus (Subjective to Education, Experience, Past Performance and Potential)
We would like to invite Senior private bankers with minimum 7+ years of relevant Wealth Management Sales experience in UHNI Client Segment with NBFC or Banking Private wealth / Family Office platform in India

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New to Firm Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients. Understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Financial Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify clients' short-term and long-term goals, as well as potential risks.
- Portfolio Development: Develop personalized investment strategies and portfolios tailored to each client's unique financial situation and objectives.
- Wealth Preservation: Advise clients on strategies to protect and preserve their wealth, including tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about financial markets, economic trends, and investment products to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of a wide range of financial products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative investments, Estate, Succession, Will planning & Trust Services and more.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of client portfolios, make necessary adjustments, and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and other sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the wealth management team, including financial planners, estate planning specialists, Service & Operations support and tax advisors, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS-
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA, CFP, CA is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
