Client Details

Our client is one of the leading players in the alcohol/liquor space in India. Over the years, they have expanded their footprint across the country, and are currently market leaders in the space that they operate in. They are widely regarded as pioneers in this space, and are always at the forefront of developing and launching new products in the market. In order to cater to rapidly increasing demand, the client is looking at setting up new production facilities across the country. They are looking to hire an Associate Director - Manufacturing (Projects), based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for expanding the manufacturing footprint (both greenfield and brownfield)for the company across the country. This would include everything of creating/presenting a business case, right through to project commissioning, and then handing it over to over the operations & production team. Additionally, from time to time - you will be involved in other manufacturing/production related activities.

Profile

- 12 to 15 years of experience.

- Prior experience in Project Management (can be brownfield or greenfield).

- Experience of working in the beverages industry (ideally in alcohol/liquor space).

- Team management experience.

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
