Job Description :


1. Building relationships with clients and developing wider networks with clients and other advisors.

2. Developing market intelligence and sector knowledge.

3. Proactive business development to identify new opportunities.

4. Leading the development of proposals and supporting pitching for new business with ideas.

5. Managing delivery of several medium to large size engagements on a day to day basis.

6. Managing junior members of the team and as part of the wider business.

7. Developing the team, inspiring and empowering team members.

8. Recognizing and addressing potential risks

- Knowledge of Power Sector (Distribution/ Renewables, Regulatory aspects, Operational efficiency, Bid Process, Tariff Filing and Policy Advocacy).

- Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors;

- Prior experience in working with various regulators in India, state utilities and UTs, Forum of Regulators, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Association of Power Producers.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA from Tier-1 institute/Reputed institute, with more than 8 to 12 years of experience in Business consulting OR function role in the industry with at least 3 year of consulting experience.

- Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors.

- Prior experience in client-facing / account management roles.

- Should have International Financial Institutions experience
