Associate Director- Management Consulting - IT Services

The Management Consulting Practice of a Big 4 is looking to build sector specific capability for the IT/ITES sector similar to how we have Healthcare and Pharma. The focus would be on on IT Services, Software and possibly e-commerce (although the preliminary priority would services) with sector specific consulting strategy that dovetails into areas around customer, operations improvement, change and transformation.

- The practice is looking to start of with a go to market team consisting of one Director and two Associate Directors who should have a blended experience of Account Management/Sector Management +Delivery (in the strategy space).

- Ideal candidates should have consulting background in the IT services sector + Strategic Planning. Folks who have consulted to tech companies such as IT services, IT products, Hardware players etc on issues such as market strategy, product and client strategy, cost management etc .

- We would not be looking for pure play delivery folks but can consider those who have grown through the ranks from delivery.
