Operations and Performance Management : - Manage multiple Last Mile hubs across the region (North) through city managers - Ensure smooth operations at regional level by coordinating with Warehouse and Line Haul team team and 3rd Party co-loaders and at each DH (Delivery Hub) level - Ensure great customer experience by setting up right processes for timely deliveries, pick-ups, process compliance and system updates. - Build the right org structure in line with company goals by recruiting the right talent - Ensure efficiency improvements and contingency management by innovative solutions. - Control costs of operations and consistently identify gaps and bring efficiencies. - Expand operations to new geographies so that new customers can be served - Conduct performance management reviews of DH heads and give training recommendations - Coordinate with central teams on new initiatives, process improvements, analytical insights, tech support - Will be responsible for Regional KPI matrix. - People Management - Motivate city managers, DH heads to consistently improve all performance metrics - Keep employee attrition to a minimum - Create and maintain consistent feedback activities / mechanisms to review and give performance feedback for the regional team - Skills Required: Strong in Operations, Analytical, Design Thinking, worked in Retail, 3PL, Large Setup, managed large and distributed teams
