Associate Director - Livelihood & Skill Development - NGO (10-22 yrs)
As an important member of the Senior Management team, you shall have to lead change towards developing life and livelihood skills of rural & urban Indians. You shall be responsible in advancing the organizational mission; shall be working with the CEO to shape the organizations strategic plan; translate strategic plans into operational plans; build relationships between all key stakeholders and represent the organization externally; identifying and pursuing growth opportunities; developing and implementing donor programs; managing resources; setting appropriate goals and metrics for measuring performance; and provide executive leadership towards ensuring its mission , programs , and services are true and honest to the organizations values and objectives.
Essential Capabilities:
1. Strong technical skills across the spectrum of livelihoods needs assessment, surveys, feasibility studies, intervention design, program management, M&E, and documentation
2. Sound knowledge and experience of research and study methodologies for both large and small requirements
3. Competent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Ability to work with a diverse team and engage with communities
