Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in related field preferred
- Fifteen or more years of related experience in Life Insurance operations
- Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
Summary :
- Leads the Life Insurance operations as India Lead of a large internal business unit(s) and complex external accounts, including upkeep of financial records, budgets, and standard business procedures
Essential Job Functions :
- Directs the India Life Insurance Delivery organization and performance of functional areas and Manager/ senior staff activity.
- Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
- Directs business function including, approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
- Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
