Associate Director - Legal - LIBOR - Financial Services - LLB/LLM

- Candidate should have more than 10-12 years of experience in FS domain with exposure to banking and financial institutions transactions and contracts

- Leading FS legal transactions and managed teams with strong relationship with senior stakeholders in their organisation

- Supporting global transactions and worked with global counterparts

- Lead and drive practice and grow FS practice for the firm and look for new opportunities

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle and technology exposure focused on FS contracting (ISDA, CSA, Bonds, Loans)

- Manage large global projects end to end within contract management services

Education: LLB/LLM must, open to look for any post graduate (Full time)
