- Drafting, negotiating and finalizing agreements with content/channel distribution and licensing agreement marketing, event management, artist, production agreements within timelines. - Develop deep understanding of the laws applicable to the Industry and ensuring he/she is well abreast of on-going legal developments in the Industry. - Ensuring compliance of International Regulations (e.g. OFCOM, GDPR and FCC) prevailing in regions (UK/US/MENA) catered by the applicant. - Understanding the functioning of the Industry from a non-legal side (commercial and technological aspect). Ensuring support to Business and understanding the Business need, requirements on the structure. - Assisting the Business teams in structuring and negotiating commercial deals and providing an explanation of legal positions.&nbsp; - Ensuring that proper process and systems are in place with regard to contract request, contract drafting, internal management approvals, payment of stamp duty. - Displaying leadership skills and grooming new team members and providing effective guidance to the rest of the members of the team. - Act as a business enabler.
