- Strategic Planning Formulate business strategies and plans, in line with the big mission & business direction

- Partnerships Identify strategic partners in the industry for mutually beneficial tie-ups

- New Business Explorations Explore New Business opportunities by deep understanding of the industry

- Driving the Program Implement and monitoring Strategic Plans, including incubation of new business initiatives

- Run the PMO & drive all programs in the Business Unit
